Shred cabbage and carrots, chop green onions.
Put vegetable oil in a wok and heat up, add chopped green onion and stir until fragrant.
Put in shredded carrots and stir-fry for a while.
Put in shredded cabbage and stir fry.
Put in light soy sauce, vinegar and salt and stir well.
Pour in the remaining noodles.
