The Cake Mixing is a rich tradition celebrated all over the world that rings in the joy of the Christmas season. To unveil the spirit of the Festive Season, Andaz Delhi – A Concept by Hyatt celebrated its annual Cake Mixing Ceremony on 12th November, Friday.
Spreading the joy of the upcoming Christmas season, the ceremony saw an array of guests including prominent socialites, media personalities and key personalities from all over Delhi NCR as well as corporate and in-house guests.
With a delectable collection of more than fifteen varieties of different fruits, spices and liquors, the Cake mix was hosted and prepared by Chef Akshay Bhardwaj, Head Chef, Andaz Delhi.As per the traditional ceremony, it has now been left to mature until around Christmas, around when the mixture would be blended with the cake batter and baked to turn into delectable Christmas cakes.
Over the past few years, Andaz Delhi’s festive cake mixing celebrations have become a ritual ceremony and something that everyone looks forward to. This year’s event was no less, sure to create everlasting special memories in the mind of everyone present at the ceremony.
